CULTURAL EVENTS
Culture Discovery is a cultural yearly gathering in Liverpool, whereby members of the community from different countries and cultural backgrounds gather and celebrate their diversity with food, music, dance, and storytelling. There is also inter-generational interaction between the old and the young. Immigrants from different countries will cook their different cultural foods for others to have a taste. Music and dance from different cultural backgrounds will also be played.
Our events bring people from different cultural backgrounds together to share each other’s cultural experiences in food, music and dance. Doing this makes their community more cohesive, peaceful, and stronger and it helps them make friends and form strong relationships that hopefully last for a long time.

There will also be performers from different countries who will provide music for everyone to enjoy on the day. There will be inter-generational storytelling whereby the old and the young will have the opportunity to interact. Overall, participants will come together to enjoy each other’s company and share one another’s cultural values. The different foods on offer will form the main attraction of the day. It is a free event so we hope everyone will join in and enjoy themselves.
Apart from bringing people together, Pacesetters’ events will also expose all participants, volunteers, and management committee members the opportunity to demonstrate their different talents. Basically, you just go to any stall and taste the food on offer to get a real sense of life in that country.
